Cancellation Policy

Classes, workshops and individual coaching sessions are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our training events are limited in size for the benefit of yourself and peers. We recognize that occasionally life may intervene and conflicts may arise. Please read and understand the following before registering. 

​Should Safe and Secure Training of CT, LLC cancel or reschedule your event you will receive an immediate full refund or a full credit that may be applied toward your choice of available dates within the upcoming 180-day period.

• Participants who cancel or seek to reschedule 21 days prior to the registered event may receive a full refund or full credit toward a future date.

• ​Participants who cancel or seek to reschedule less than 14 days but more than seven days prior to the event may do so and receive a 50% credit towards a future date. No cash refunds are available. 

• Participants who reschedule as previously described who then fail to attend the event are ineligible for a refund or future credit.  

• Participants will not receive a refund for cancellations within seven days of a scheduled event. No exceptions.
